convenient location friendly staff clean room sound isolation near bed table big minus
The hotel location was convenient. it was close to shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful. They answered my questions quickly. the room was clean and the bed was comfy. i enjoyed the provided air conditioning.
There was no sound isolation at all. drunk people screamed on the street at night. I could not sleep well. there was also no ac, a big minus.

dutch channels unprotected wifi
the hotel had secure parking, alright.
The room wasn't cleaned daily unless i asked. I found that a bit annoying, to be honest. the tv had only dutch channels. the wifi wasn't password protected. I got an alert every time i logged on.

the hotel is close to the center. i found many bars and restaurants nearby. the river offers good walks. it was easy to reach.
the room seemed older than the photos. the furniture also seemed older. the room was smaller than i expected. the photos were misleading.

quiet street helpful staff hot water
The hotel is close to many cafes and bars, but the street remains quiet. Staff members were helpful with directions and suggestions. The room had coffee and tea. a hot water kettle, which I find useful.
The room lacked air conditioning (it was quite warm), and there were mosquitoes because I had to open the windows.

Check-in was simple, and the staff was kind (that is always appreciated!). A receptionist was very kind. They offered me a calm room upon my request. I experienced quick room service when needed.

The location is great. It is close to the city center. i had no trouble accessing nearby restaurants. There are many to choose from. the wifi was fast. i found the room clean.
The parking garage was easy to access. though it was expensive. It impacted my overall budget for the trip.
